You are based in the San Francisco or New York area and are ready to go into the office 2-3 times a week to facilitate interviews and provide a white glove experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will collaborate with hiring teams to understand their recruiting needs and priorities. You will schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. You will manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will also include utilizing recruiting software like Gem and Greenhouse to streamline the hiring process. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that candidates feel supported and informed at every stage of their journey with Vercel. You will assist in maintaining the recruitment calendar and help track candidate progress through the hiring pipeline. Your contributions will help Vercel attract top talent and build a strong team that aligns with the company's mission and values.
