Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in backend engineering, demonstrating a strong ability to design and implement production systems that are both secure and scalable. Your expertise in system architecture allows you to define and uphold architecture standards that ensure high availability and reliability across platforms.
You possess deep knowledge of AWS and have led initiatives in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines. Your experience in mentoring engineers showcases your leadership skills and your commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
You are adept at collaborating cross-functionally, working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative payment solutions. Your focus on customer happiness drives you to create systems that not only meet technical requirements but also enhance user experience.
Desirable
Experience with high-availability systems and a strong understanding of security best practices in software development will set you apart. Familiarity with payment systems or financial technology is a plus, as is a background in mentoring junior engineers and leading technical discussions.
