What you'll do
In this role, you will support Verilyβs Chief Clinical Officer and senior directors by managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that all operational tasks are executed smoothly. You will be responsible for preparing materials for meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Your role will also involve liaising with various departments to facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring that the leadership team is well-informed and supported.
You will play a key role in organizing team events and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization will be crucial as you navigate the demands of supporting senior leadership.
