What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of entirely new camera categories, collaborating with cross-functional teams during the initial co-design phase. You will oversee the technical lifecycle of new hardware, ensuring that all systems are reliable and scalable. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing firmware solutions, conducting thorough testing, and optimizing performance for a global fleet of devices. You will also mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.

You will be instrumental in unlocking new markets by identifying opportunities for product development and guiding the team through the technical challenges associated with new camera technologies. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and advancements, ensuring that Verkada remains at the forefront of cloud physical security solutions.
