What you'll do

As the Director of Product, you will lead the Cameras team at Verkada, focusing on AI-powered video intelligence solutions — you will shape the future of enterprise security by advancing capabilities such as people and vehicle detection across millions of devices. Your role will involve defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful product launches that meet market demands.

You will collaborate closely with an elite team of PhD engineers to push the boundaries of computer vision and artificial intelligence — your leadership will guide the team in developing innovative technologies that redefine physical security. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the product aligns with user needs and expectations.

You will be responsible for establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success — your analytical mindset will help you track performance metrics and iterate on product features based on user feedback and market trends. You will also conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Product Management, providing updates on product progress and strategic initiatives — your ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership will be crucial in driving alignment and support for your product vision.
