What you'll do

As the Solutions Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a high-performing Select & Territory Solutions Engineering team. You will act as a technical leader, providing coaching and mentorship to your team members while assisting with technical escalations. Your role will involve navigating complex technical solutions and ensuring that your team is equipped to handle challenges effectively.

You will take ownership of building out programs and processes that support the Solutions Engineering team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance team efficiency. Collaboration with other departments will be essential, as you work to align your team's efforts with the broader goals of the organization.

Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of inclusivity and engagement within the team.
