What you'll do

As a Senior Automation & Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced automation solutions that support both production and new system development. Your primary mission will be to enable high-efficiency, low-cost, and highly reliable automated processes. You will lead optimization efforts and troubleshoot complex automation issues, ensuring that all systems comply with safety standards. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance the overall efficiency of the manufacturing processes.

You will report to the Automation & Vision Systems Development Manager and will be expected to work independently on designing algorithms that fulfill the tasks allocated to you. Your structured thinking and data sensitivity will be essential in this role, as you will need to analyze and interpret data to inform your automation strategies. You will actively participate in the development of innovative solutions that align with Verkor's mission to electrify the future of European mobility.
