Who you are
You have a solid background in quality management, particularly in the industrial sector, and understand the importance of maintaining high standards in production processes. Your analytical skills allow you to assess supplier performance effectively, ensuring that all incoming parts meet the required specifications. You are detail-oriented and have experience conducting audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to address quality issues. Your communication skills enable you to articulate quality concerns and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are committed to continuous enhancement of quality processes.
What you'll do
As an Ingénieur IQC at Verkor, you will play a crucial role in the quality assurance of battery components produced at our Gigafactory. You will be responsible for the quality control of incoming parts, conducting thorough inspections and analyses to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards. Your role will involve performing supplier audits to confirm that corrective measures are implemented following any quality incidents.
You will analyze supplier performance data and lead investigations into non-conformities, working closely with suppliers to enhance their quality management systems. Your insights will contribute to the continuous improvement of our incoming quality control standards, ensuring that Verkor remains at the forefront of low-carbon battery manufacturing.
