Verkor is seeking an Operations Manager to support the readiness of their operations in the production of low-carbon batteries. You'll be part of a pioneering team in the electric mobility sector. This role requires a strong background in operations management.

Your experience includes overseeing production processes and ensuring operational readiness for large-scale projects. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the operations at Verkor's Gigafactory are ready for production. You will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Your focus will be on implementing best practices in operations management to support the manufacturing of lithium-ion batteries. You will monitor production metrics and work on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and developing staff to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of a high-tech manufacturing environment. You will also engage with external partners and stakeholders to align operational strategies with business objectives.
