What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Versapay, you will lead a core part of our tech stack, focusing on Oracle NetSuite ERP and our embedded payment product. You will guide your team in maintaining our leadership position in accounts receivable automation. Your role will involve overseeing the development process, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss their progress, provide feedback, and support their career growth. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
