What you'll do

As a Senior Associate in Retirement Plan Administration, you will be responsible for conducting compliance testing and preparing government reports for retirement plans. You will work closely with the RPA team to ensure that all plans meet regulatory requirements and that any issues are addressed promptly. Your role will involve analyzing data and providing insights to improve operational processes and compliance strategies.

You will collaborate with other departments to define and implement strategic improvements that enhance the overall efficiency of retirement plan administration. Your expertise will guide the team in navigating complex compliance issues, ensuring that Vestwell remains a leader in the fintech space.

You will also participate in training and mentoring junior team members, sharing your knowledge of retirement plan rules and best practices. Your contributions will help shape the future of Vestwell’s retirement plan offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of clients and savers alike.
