Who you are

You have a strong background in revenue operations, with at least 5 years of experience in planning and forecasting. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to pressure-test performance assumptions and define booking targets effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales, Finance, and RevOps leaders to drive business growth. Your attention to detail ensures that every project is delivered with accountability and excellence.

You are detail-oriented and strategic, with a knack for compensation modeling, quota setting, and capacity planning. You understand the intricacies of sales capacity and forecasting methodologies, and you are comfortable navigating complex challenges. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams makes you a key contributor to the success of the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on core planning and forecasting workflows that support Invoca's go-to-market engine. You will partner closely with Sales leadership to define booking targets and ensure that sales capacity aligns with business goals. Your responsibilities will include developing compensation models and quota-setting frameworks that drive performance across the Sales and Customer Success teams.

You will also be responsible for analyzing sales performance data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions. Collaborating with Finance, you will ensure that revenue forecasts are accurate and reflect the company's growth trajectory. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the Revenue Operations team, contributing to Invoca's overall success.
