Your ability to communicate effectively with architects, contractors, and management ensures that office build-outs are executed smoothly and efficiently. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead all aspects of the office build-out, serving as the primary liaison between senior management, architects, contractors, and vendors. You will manage project timelines and space planning while ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing ongoing office events, such as happy hours and family gatherings, to foster a positive office culture.
You will partner with IT to manage desk assignments and conference room allocations, ensuring that all employees have the resources they need to be productive. Your role will also involve coordinating with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, providing them with the necessary support and resources as they transition into the company. Your exceptional service will extend to visitors, as you will coordinate desk space and system setups to ensure a welcoming experience.
