What you'll do

As the Regional Employee Experience Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and managers in the Product & Technology and Global Security Office business units. You will support the employee lifecycle by addressing escalated employee questions and providing performance management support. Your role will involve collaborating with HR business partners to ensure alignment with MongoDB’s commercial priorities and leadership expectations. You will also play a crucial role in sharing best practices across the Americas team and ensuring that employees receive the support they need throughout their journey at MongoDB.

MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role in the U.S., which is between $62,000 and $121,000 USD.
