Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in employee experience and human resources, ideally with experience in managing employee relations and performance management. You understand the importance of delivering a consistent and positive employee experience across diverse teams and regions. Your ability to partner with leaders and HR business partners is key to your success in this role. You are adept at navigating complex employee inquiries and providing effective solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with various stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
What you'll do
As the Regional Employee Experience Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and managers in the Product & Technology and Global Security Office business units. You will support the employee lifecycle by addressing escalated employee questions and providing performance management support. Your role will involve collaborating with HR business partners to ensure alignment with MongoDBβs commercial priorities and leadership expectations. You will also play a crucial role in sharing best practices across the Americas team and ensuring that employees receive the support they need throughout their journey at MongoDB.
What we offer
MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role in the U.S., which is between $62,000 and $121,000 USD. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, and mental health counseling, you will have access to a supportive work environment that values employee well-being and development.
