You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in AI solutions or digital transformation within the Pharma and LifeScience sectors. You understand the nuances of B2B MarTech and have a proven track record of leading product initiatives from conception to launch. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, is key to your success. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions and drive user engagement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about shaping the future of digital solutions in the pharmaceutical industry. You are comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and can articulate product vision and strategy effectively.
Desirable
Experience with AI technologies or platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry. You may have a background in software development or digital marketing, which enhances your understanding of the product lifecycle. A strong network within the Pharma and LifeScience sectors can also be beneficial.
What you'll do
As the Product Manager for the eVa AI solution, you will take ownership of the product roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission to drive digital transformation in Pharma and LifeScience. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to define product features and enhancements, prioritizing based on user feedback and market trends. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand customer needs and pain points, translating these insights into actionable product requirements.
