Who you are
You are a detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping things organized, accurate, and moving. You take pride in clean data, well-labeled shelves, and knowing exactly where every part is at any given time. You understand the importance of maintaining inventory in top shape and ensuring that proper handling procedures are followed to prevent damage and loss of materials. You are relentless in investigating, determining the root cause for inventory discrepancies and implementing effective corrective actions. You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoy supporting manufacturing, R&D, and operations teams so they always have the materials they need.
What you'll do
In this role, you will set up and manage warehouse areas and inventory locations, ensuring the proper storage and identification of raw materials and finished goods. You will establish appropriate cycle count methodology and perform regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving any inventory discrepancies. Working with Engineering and Manufacturing teams, you will maintain point of use inventory locations and regularly audit inventory for damaged or expired items, removing them through appropriate documentation and material handling processes. You will perform daily inventory transactions including receipts, put-away, transfers, issues, and returns in alignment with established procedures.
