As an Inventory Specialist, you have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills — you thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You understand the importance of accurate material flow in supporting vehicle and propulsion development, and you are committed to ensuring that all inventory processes are executed flawlessly.
You have a proactive mindset and are comfortable working closely with technicians, engineers, and program teams — your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders is key to your success. You are detail-oriented and take pride in maintaining high standards in your work, ensuring that materials are always available when needed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage all stages of the inventory process, including receiving, stocking, tracking, picking, and shipping hardware. You will play a critical role in enabling efficient and accurate material flow across our R&D and manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that materials are delivered on time and to specification, directly supporting the development of high-Mach and hypersonic aircraft. Your organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to inventory transactions.
