As a Project Operations Intern, you will support the execution of client installation and facility management projects, assisting Project Managers in organizing and tracking schedules to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable performing audit-related tasks and outbound communications. Your ability to maintain project momentum and meet customer deliverables will be key to your success in this role.

You thrive in a process-driven environment and understand the importance of accuracy and timeliness in project management. You are proactive in your approach, ensuring that all project documentation is complete and accurate. Your organizational skills will help you track and document outcomes of outreach efforts, contributing to the overall success of the projects you support.

What you'll do

In this internship, you will assist Project Managers with the coordination of new client installation projects. This includes performing audits of site surveys, vendor confirmations, and project documentation to ensure everything is accurate and complete. You will conduct outbound calls to service providers and store locations for routine reminders, confirmations, and project updates, playing a crucial role in maintaining communication and project timelines.

You will also be responsible for daily data entry and management of location openings, closings, and associated project attributes. Your attention to detail will be essential as you help maintain project schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed in alignment with client expectations. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the project management process and the opportunity to develop skills that are highly sought after in the industry.

What we offer

Vixxo offers a paid internship program that runs for 8 weeks, from June 1st to July 23rd, with a commitment of 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday.
