What you'll do

As a DFx Intern at Axon, you will support engineering teams by assisting in the design and documentation of fixtures, layouts, and processes. You will help plan and track development build activities, ensuring that new products are prepared for scalable manufacturing. Your role will involve collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from builds and test results to inform engineering decisions. You will also support the preparation of PFMEAs, flow diagrams, and hazard analyses, documenting your findings and presenting progress to the engineering teams. Additionally, you will provide hands-on support for simple fixture or tooling design using CAD tools like SolidWorks and Creo. This internship will give you valuable exposure to real-world product development and factory readiness activities, allowing you to grow your skills in a meaningful way.
