What you'll do

In this role, you will lead one of Vonage's engineering tribes, overseeing multiple squads responsible for critical data and billing pipelines. You will ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services, guiding your teams through the complexities of both legacy systems and new initiatives. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and driving architectural decisions that impact the entire CPaaS platform. You will collaborate closely with other engineering leaders to align on best practices and ensure that your teams are equipped to tackle the challenges they face.

You will also play a crucial role in the hiring and development of engineering talent, conducting performance reviews and facilitating career growth for your team members. Your leadership will help shape the culture of the engineering organization, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment.
