What you'll do

As a Senior Engineering Manager at CaptivateIQ, you will lead two critical teams: Core Platform and Integrations & IAM. Your role will involve shaping the engineering culture in the Polish hub while collaborating closely with the local Engineering Director. You will be responsible for ensuring that your teams deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

You will guide your teams in developing and maintaining the core event-driven architecture, APIs, and data connectors that are essential to our platform. Additionally, you will oversee identity and access management workflows, ensuring that our systems are secure and compliant with industry standards.

Your strategic vision will help scale the organization in Europe, and you will play a key role in mentoring and developing engineering talent within your teams. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives, driving the success of our sales performance management solutions.
