Desirable

Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus, but not required. You may have participated in Agile training or workshops, and you are familiar with Scrum practices. A background in project management or team facilitation would be beneficial as you step into this role.

What you'll do

In your role as an Agile Delivery Manager, you will support the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) at Vonage in driving Agile transformation across the organization. You will work closely with teams to introduce and reinforce Agile values, principles, and practices. Your responsibilities will include training and mentoring team members, helping them to adopt Agile methodologies effectively. You will assist Release Train Engineers in organizing and facilitating SAFe events, ensuring that teams are aligned and maximizing their delivery value.

You will use a data-driven approach to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement. By encouraging open communication and active participation, you will help create an environment where teams feel empowered to share their challenges and successes. Your role will be crucial in identifying and addressing impediments that could hinder team progress, ensuring that teams can focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
