You possess good knowledge of game UX and have experience in the mobile F2P market, with a track record of successful mobile game launches. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and have a solid understanding of game design principles.

What you'll do

As the General Manager, you will build and lead your team, ensuring they reach their full potential while developing engaging casual games. You will participate in every aspect of game development, from ideation to market testing, collaborating closely with industry experts to create hit games. Your role will involve strategizing on game features and mechanics, analyzing player data to inform decisions, and driving the overall vision for the games your team develops. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within your team, encouraging experimentation and collaboration.
