Who you are
You have a strong background in performance marketing, particularly in user acquisition for mobile games and apps β your experience has equipped you with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS). You are creative and data-driven, always looking for innovative ways to enhance marketing strategies and drive user engagement.
You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and creative departments β your ability to share insights and feedback is crucial in ensuring that marketing efforts align with product goals. You are fluent in English and thrive in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility.
What you'll do
As the Performance Marketing Manager at Voodoo, you will own user acquisition campaigns for a diverse portfolio of games and apps β your role will involve planning, executing, and managing these campaigns to maximize their effectiveness. You will analyze the performance of your campaigns, identifying key signals that inform your strategies and help increase the ROAS of our products.
You will work closely with our Product and Creative teams to coordinate efforts and share feedback, ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with product development and user experience. Utilizing our suite of internal growth tools, you will interface with our Tech team to continuously improve these tools and enhance your marketing efforts.
In addition, you will deepen your expertise in user acquisition and share best practices with other teams, contributing to a culture of learning and innovation within the organization. Your insights will help keep Voodoo at the forefront of the gaming market, driving user engagement and retention across our products.
