You are a motivated individual looking to gain practical experience in labor law. You have a keen interest in legal compliance and are eager to support HR functions within a dynamic tech environment. You are detail-oriented and ready to assist with various legal tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the HR team to ensure compliance with labor regulations within the organization in France and abroad. You will help perform legal analysis of operational practices and provide legal support to our HR Specialist regarding daily labor matters. Additionally, you will prepare regular updates on legal changes and map legal obligations towards employee representatives, particularly concerning consultation processes. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining Voodoo's commitment to legal compliance and organizational efficiency.
