Overview

VTEX is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing & Content Manager to lead digital strategy across Retail and Industrial audiences. You'll manage paid media and HubSpot operations while driving performance analytics. This role requires strategic thinking and expertise in digital marketing tools.

Who you are

You are a strategic, data-driven professional with a strong background in digital marketing and content management. With 5+ years of experience, you understand the full digital ecosystem and know how to operationalize it effectively. Your expertise in managing paid media strategies across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ads, sets you apart. You are also proficient in HubSpot, ensuring that marketing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You possess a keen analytical mindset, allowing you to leverage real-time performance data to optimize campaigns and drive qualified opportunities. Your ability to build channel-specific targeting strategies rooted in insights across buyer behavior is crucial for success in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with management on messaging and creative direction to ensure content meets platform and performance expectations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the digital strategy and paid media ownership, overseeing all digital distribution efforts. You will build and maintain lists, smart lists, and audience segments tied to ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and campaign strategies. Your responsibilities will include optimizing campaigns with the primary KPI of driving qualified opportunities, adjusting targeting, creative, and investment to increase conversion rates.

As the HubSpot expert for the Growth team, you will ensure data hygiene, including contact cleanup and lifecycle stage management. You will develop workflows, nurtures, and automated email campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy. Your role will also involve shaping narratives that move prospects from awareness to conversion, ensuring a cohesive and targeted digital presence.
