Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the advertising or media space — you've successfully led product initiatives that align with business growth and revenue strategies. Your strong stakeholder management skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that product priorities are clear and aligned with company goals.
You possess a technical background that allows you to understand the complexities of ads and media systems — this knowledge helps you partner effectively with engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions. You are adept at translating complex customer and business needs into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring that both short-term performance and long-term scalability are prioritized.
Your experience includes defining and executing product roadmaps, with a focus on evolving products to meet future market demands — you are comfortable balancing immediate campaign needs with a broader vision for platform evolution. You thrive in environments where you can leverage data to inform decisions, and you are familiar with tools like Google Analytics to track performance metrics.
Desirable
Experience with large-scale media platforms or retail media strategies is a plus — you understand the nuances of connecting advertisers, retailers, and shoppers across various touchpoints. Familiarity with LLMs and AI applications in advertising will set you apart, as you will be expected to consider these technologies in your product strategy.
What you'll do
As the Staff Product Manager for Ads at VTEX, you will own and evolve the Onsite Ads product, acting as the guardian of its long-term vision. You will define and execute the product roadmap for the next 6–12 months while shaping a clear and scalable vision for Retail Media at VTEX. Your role will involve translating complex customer and business needs into clear product priorities, ensuring visibility and alignment across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams.
You will work closely with advertisers and retailers to balance performance needs with platform evolution, ensuring that the Ads product continues to meet the demands of major global brands. Collaborating with engineering teams, you will deliver high-impact solutions that enhance the user experience and drive revenue growth.
Your responsibilities will also include conducting user research to gather insights that inform product decisions, as well as defining success metrics to track the performance of the Ads product. You will lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on product goals and facilitate communication between teams.
