You have a strong engineering background and have transitioned into product management, bringing at least 5 years of experience in managing technical products. Your expertise in AWS and Java allows you to understand the complexities of enterprise-scale commerce operations, ensuring that products are reliable and scalable. You are comfortable working in high-traffic environments and have a proven track record of prioritizing product features based on user needs and business goals.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with engineering, growth, and commercial teams. Your analytical mindset helps you make data-driven decisions, and you are adept at using SQL to analyze product performance metrics. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about continuous improvement and innovation in product development.

Desirable

Experience with VTEX IO or similar development platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and scalable solutions. You are proactive in seeking out professional development opportunities and are eager to learn new technologies that can enhance your product management skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and evolve VTEX’s Apps and Mature Storefronts products, ensuring their stability, performance, and scalability in enterprise environments. You will define product priorities and work closely with engineering teams to implement changes that enhance user experience while minimizing disruption. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user needs, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the product lifecycle. Your role will involve regular communication with commercial teams to understand customer feedback and incorporate it into product enhancements. You will lead product launches and coordinate with marketing to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
