What you'll do

In this role, you will transform signed contracts into accurate invoices for customers daily. Your responsibilities will include reviewing customer contracts, generating invoices, and ensuring that every customer is billed correctly and on time. You will also be tasked with identifying and executing improvements to the billing process, contributing to the overall efficiency of the invoicing system.

You will work closely with the finance team to ensure that all invoicing aligns with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales and sales operations teams to address any unique billing scenarios that arise, leveraging sales reports and historical data to inform your decisions. Your success will be measured by your ability to accurately invoice multiple contracts each day with minimal oversight, showcasing your attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
