What you'll do

You will design, implement, and manage disaster recovery plans, playing a crucial role in maintaining business continuity. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the procurement and lifecycle management of IT equipment, ensuring that all hardware meets the needs of the team.

You will manage vendor relationships and IT budgets, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and optimized. Additionally, you will strategically manage the service desk workflow, ensuring that tickets are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your role will also involve designing, configuring, and maintaining a high-throughput, on-premise network to support the company's operations.
