Who you are
You have a strong background in security operations, with hands-on experience monitoring and investigating security events across various environments. Your technical investigation skills are complemented by clear communication, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. You understand the importance of security in building customer trust and enabling business outcomes, and you thrive in a collaborative environment.
You are familiar with security frameworks and compliance standards such as SOC 2 and ISO, and you have experience maintaining security operational controls. Your ability to identify potential gaps in authentication activity and access controls is second nature to you, and you are proactive in supporting incident response activities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will monitor security alerts and investigate potential threats across Loopio's network, platforms, and cloud environments. You will support security incident response through thorough investigation, escalation, and follow-up activities, ensuring that security measures are effective as the company scales. You will also review authentication activity and system configurations to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining logging and monitoring controls across infrastructure and cloud services, participating in business continuity and disaster recovery testing, and supporting the Information Security team with ongoing initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring that security practices align with industry standards and contribute to the overall security posture of Loopio.
