What you'll do
As a Customer Service Operator, you will be the first point of contact for staff at participating businesses when they feel their safety is at risk. Your role involves fielding inbound calls and providing immediate support to ensure the well-being of both staff and customers. You will utilize the StaffSafe system to assess situations and guide callers through the necessary steps to de-escalate any issues. Your commitment to exceptional care will play a vital role in helping businesses resume normal operations as quickly as possible. You will work onsite at the Mt. Laurel call center, contributing to a team that operates 24/7 to provide continuous support.
