What you'll do

As a Product Engineer at Warp, you will be responsible for developing new product features and payroll infrastructure that is fast and reliable. You will build performant, reliable, and fault-tolerant systems capable of processing billions of dollars globally from the ground up. Your role will involve redesigning our tech stack, ensuring that our products are robust and scalable as we aim to grow rapidly. You will collaborate directly with the CTO and CEO, contributing to strategic decisions and technical direction. Your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency of our automated back-office platform, enabling startups to manage HR, payroll, and tax compliance seamlessly.

What we offer

At Warp, we offer a competitive compensation package with On Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $140,000 to $230,000 plus equity.
