What you'll do
As a Product Engineer at Alchemy, you will be the first technical touchpoint for developers building in Web3. You will engage with the community through platforms like Discord and Telegram, providing support and guidance as they navigate our APIs and troubleshoot issues. Your role will involve capturing insights from developers to help shape the future of our platform, ensuring that their voices are heard in product discussions. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence product features based on community feedback. Additionally, you will assist in debugging code and resolving RPC issues, acting as a bridge between the technical team and the developer community. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our customers and the overall growth of the web3 ecosystem.

At Alchemy, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $180,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
