You are motivated by the challenge of managing inbound sales inquiries while actively pursuing new business opportunities in markets without a physical showroom.
What you'll do
As a Sales Consultant, you will manage inbound sales inquiries and actively pursue new business opportunities. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Waterworks products. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with architects, builders, homeowners, and trade partners, ensuring that you deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint. You will embody the Waterworks brand and represent its values in all interactions, driving sales and fostering customer loyalty.
You will work collaboratively with your team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth. Your proactive approach will be key in identifying new business opportunities and expanding Waterworks' reach in the residential market. You will also participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
