You have 5+ years of experience in security engineering, with a strong background in securing cloud infrastructures, particularly AWS. You understand the complexities of distributed systems and have a proven track record of embedding security practices into software development processes. Your expertise includes working with security tools such as AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, and WAF, and you are familiar with observability tools like Datadog and Splunk. You are passionate about automating security workflows and have experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with engineering, data, and product teams. You are a proactive thinker who can influence security practices across multiple teams, ensuring that security is a priority in the software development lifecycle. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.

What you'll do
