You have a strong background in business analysis with a focus on IT architecture, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in SAP FICO modules, BRIM, RAR, Group Reporting, and Planning/Consolidation modules makes you a subject matter expert who can drive strategic initiatives. You excel in collaborating with finance, accounting, and other business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document detailed business requirements. Your attention to detail and analytical mindset enable you to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.

Desirable

Experience in the autonomous driving or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to the dynamic needs of a growing organization. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and facilitate discussions that lead to actionable insights.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the business IT architecture that supports Waymo's autonomous fleet operations. You will lead the strategic roadmap for SAP FICO and related modules, ensuring that systems are optimized for performance and scalability. Collaborating closely with finance and operations teams, you will gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications that guide system enhancements. You will also play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas where technology can streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include conducting regular system audits, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and providing training and support to end-users. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement new features and functionalities, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Additionally, you will monitor system performance and user feedback, making recommendations for upgrades and modifications as needed.
