You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to derive insights that inform operational decisions — your ability to communicate these insights clearly to stakeholders is a key asset. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to drive quality initiatives forward. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are committed to implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of Waymo's expansion efforts, working closely with the Software Quality Operations team to ensure that all operational processes meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for updating triage policies and developing workflows that support the safe deployment of autonomous vehicles in new cities. Your role will involve analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and you will collaborate with various teams to implement best practices that enhance the quality of our services.

You will also play a key role in preparing for new market readiness, ensuring that all necessary operational protocols are in place before launching in new locations. Your insights will be crucial in helping Waymo navigate the complexities of international expansion, and you will contribute to building a scalable operation that can adapt to the unique challenges of each new market.

What we offer

Waymo offers a competitive salary range of £88,000—£95,000 GBP, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes participation in our discretionary annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
