What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with engineering teams to design, test, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models that drive improvements in issue discovery and detection. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of the Waymo Driver, contributing to the mission of providing the world's most trusted autonomous driving experience. Your work will involve analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, as well as developing and implementing quality assurance processes that align with industry best practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality is prioritized throughout the development lifecycle. This includes conducting thorough testing of software and systems, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. You will also be responsible for documenting processes and results, providing insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $151,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
