What you'll do
In this role, you will derive and define reliability and motion control requirements for the Waymo Driver software. You will collaborate closely with test engineers to ensure that all hardware and software subsystems meet the necessary safety standards. Your responsibilities will include signing off on new releases and expanded scopes, ensuring that all updates align with the overall mission of improving access to mobility.
You will build analysis tools to support your work, such as dashboards and databases, to track performance and reliability metrics. Your contributions will directly impact the development of the Waymo Driver, which powers autonomous ride-hail services and enhances safety on the roads.
What we offer
Waymo provides a competitive salary range of $158,000—$200,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
