You are comfortable navigating the challenges of bringing innovative technology to market and are passionate about improving mobility solutions. You have a collaborative mindset and are eager to work with engineers, designers, and other product managers to drive the success of your projects.

Desirable

Experience in the autonomous driving or transportation industry is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in seeking feedback and iterating on product features based on user insights and market trends.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop the roadmap and determine product requirements for planner and driving behavior technologies. You will leverage product insights to drive alignment across the company, ensuring that all teams are working towards a common goal. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to create simple solutions for complex problems, focusing on the user experience and safety of the Waymo Driver.

You will be responsible for conducting user research and analyzing data to inform product decisions. This includes defining success metrics and tracking performance to ensure that the products you manage meet user needs and business objectives. You will also participate in sprint planning and prioritize features based on customer feedback and market demands.

Your role will involve working on AI/ML and planning technologies that enable Waymo’s Driver to scale in both domestic and international markets. You will be at the forefront of innovation in autonomous driving, contributing to the development of playbooks that guide the deployment of this technology.

Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $204,000—$259,000 USD, along with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
