You are skilled in conducting training needs assessments and have a proven track record of developing comprehensive training programs that engage and educate teams effectively.

You excel in cross-functional collaboration, partnering with various teams to achieve high standards of quality. Your ability to create and manage feedback loops ensures that insights from quality programs inform training curricula, fostering continuous improvement. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Desirable

Experience in the autonomous driving or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with performance metrics and quality standards. You are adaptable and open to learning new methodologies that enhance quality assurance processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert on Quality & Training, maintaining the end-to-end Quality Assurance framework. You will analyze QA data systematically to identify trends and root causes of performance gaps, providing actionable insights for improvement. Your responsibilities will include partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure critical workflows meet high-quality standards.

You will conduct regular training needs assessments in collaboration with vendor teams, identifying knowledge and skill gaps that need to be addressed. Leading the design and development of comprehensive training programs, including new hire onboarding, will be a key part of your role. You will leverage existing in-house teams to create engaging and effective training content across various formats, ensuring that all training materials are relevant and impactful.

Additionally, you will create and manage a robust feedback loop where insights from the quality program directly inform the training curriculum. This will involve regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives and training effectiveness. You will also be responsible for monitoring the implementation of training programs and assessing their impact on quality performance.
