What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design and development of training content for Waymo’s Fleet Response Operations, focusing on Remote Assistance and Emergency Response. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive curricula that address those needs. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of training programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and making necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all training materials are up-to-date and aligned with the latest safety protocols and operational standards. Additionally, you will facilitate training sessions and workshops, providing guidance and support to participants as they develop their skills. Your role will be crucial in fostering a culture of safety and preparedness within the fleet operations team.
