What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with engineering teams to design, test, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models that enhance the quality assurance processes at Waymo. You will be responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies that ensure the reliability of the Waymo Driver. Your work will involve analyzing data to identify trends and issues, and you will play a key role in triaging and resolving quality concerns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, leveraging AI to drive efficiencies and enhance the overall quality of the Waymo Driver. What we offer
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $151,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
