What you'll do

In this role, you will create and develop test methods for various wireless technologies, ensuring that the Waymo Driver operates seamlessly across different platforms. You will cultivate automated test processes that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of performance evaluations. Collaborating with the Compute Team, you will contribute to the design and optimization of hardware and software systems, pushing the boundaries of performance, power, and latency. Your work will directly impact the reliability of the autonomous driving technology that Waymo is known for. You will also engage in cross-functional collaboration, working with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that testing aligns with overall project goals.

What we offer

Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $175,000—$221,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
