You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in the automotive or AI sectors. Your ability to drive product vision and strategy is complemented by your understanding of technical concepts related to autonomous driving technologies. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery. You are passionate about creating inclusive and diverse environments, valuing different perspectives and experiences.
Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for Wayve's L4 autonomous driving technology. You will collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into actionable product features, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand customer needs and pain points, allowing you to prioritize features that deliver maximum value.
You will also work closely with design teams to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences that enhance the usability of our products. Regularly analyzing market trends and competitor offerings will be essential to keep our products competitive and innovative. You will lead cross-functional meetings to ensure all teams are aligned on product goals and timelines, fostering a collaborative environment.
