What you'll do

As the Manager, AI & Agentic Workflows, you will lead the development of AI-driven solutions that automate complex workflows within the Commercial organization. Your responsibilities will include establishing an AI & Agentic Roadmap, designing and deploying agentic workflows, and optimizing existing processes to reduce manual effort. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the AI solutions you implement align with business goals and enhance overall efficiency. Your role will involve continuous monitoring and improvement of these systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
