What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the AI Native Solutions team to drive the implementation of Metronome's usage-based billing platform for clients. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions that fit their requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support during the sales process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. You will collaborate with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and help shape product development based on user needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for training clients on the platform and assisting them in optimizing their billing processes.
