What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver exceptional pre-sales support for Digital Native prospects and customers by providing technical expertise and outlining the value proposition of OpenAI's products. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders to understand their needs and guide their AI strategy, ensuring they achieve tangible business value from our models. Your responsibilities will include building and presenting demos, scoping use cases, and recommending architectural patterns to kickstart implementation and development.

You will collaborate with sales, security, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This involves answering product, API, and LLM-related questions, as well as demonstrating how leveraging OpenAI’s suite of products can meet customers’ business needs. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement and providing feedback to product teams based on customer interactions.
