You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, ideally with experience in AI or machine learning. You understand the importance of customer experience and are skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear business value. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can drive customer success.
You possess a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in various industries. Your experience includes working with developers and enterprises to identify high-value use cases and implement solutions that maximize the benefits of AI. You are proactive in your approach, always seeking to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive adoption and satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will deliver exceptional pre-sales support for Digital Native prospects and customers by providing technical expertise and outlining the value proposition of OpenAI's products. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders to understand their needs and guide their AI strategy, ensuring they achieve tangible business value from our models. Your responsibilities will include building and presenting demos, scoping use cases, and recommending architectural patterns to kickstart implementation and development.
You will collaborate with sales, security, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This involves answering product, API, and LLM-related questions, as well as demonstrating how leveraging OpenAIβs suite of products can meet customersβ business needs. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement and providing feedback to product teams based on customer interactions.
