What you'll do

As the Tech Lead Manager for iOS/macOS at WebAI, you will oversee the full development lifecycle of complex iOS projects, from concept to release and maintenance. You will provide technical guidance to engineers, ensuring efficient design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Your role will involve setting and enforcing coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles to maintain high-quality output.

You will act as the primary engineering lead in initiatives and development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and developing team members, helping them grow in their roles while ensuring that the team meets its objectives. You will debug and review team members' code to ensure adherence to best practices and contribute to the architecture of reusable software components and frameworks.
